How It Works

You have 30 days from the date your package arrives to decide if it’s a keeper. As long as the items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached), we are more than happy to help you with a return or an exchange.

Easy Exchanges

Found the perfect Wide Leg Pants but need a different size? We offer free exchanges for all US and EU orders! We want to make sure you get the perfect fit without any extra stress. Just reach out, and we’ll get your new size moving.

Simple Returns

If you’ve decided the piece just isn’t for you, no hard feelings!

1. Start your return: Send us a quick email at support@loversn.com with your order number.

2. Send it back: We’ll provide you with the return instructions. Please note that while we’re working on offering free returns for everyone, currently, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

3. Get refunded: Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

A Little Note

To keep things fair for everyone, please make sure your items are free of makeup marks, perfume scents, or pet hair. We want the next person who falls in love with that Maxi Skirt to receive it in pristine condition!
