We currently ship to the United States and across Europe. Whether you are in a bustling city or a quiet countryside, we strive to bring LOVERSN to your doorstep.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–12 business days.

  • Europe: 8–14 business days.

  • Please note: These are estimated windows and may vary depending on your specific location and local postal services.

Potential Delays (The “Real Talk” Section)

While we always aim for lightning-fast delivery, there are certain times of the year when the global shipping network slows down. Please be aware that shipping times may be extended during the following periods:

  • Peak Seasons & Sales: During high-volume events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Holiday Season, carriers often experience backlogs. Please allow an extra 3–5 business days for delivery during these times.

  • Public Holidays: Our fulfillment centers and carriers observe local and national holidays, which may slightly delay your package.

  • Extreme Weather: In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as heavy snowstorms, hurricanes, or floods) in either our shipping hubs or your local area, deliveries may be paused for safety reasons.

  • Customs & Imports: For our international friends, please note that occasionally packages may be held briefly at customs for inspection, which is outside of our control.

Shipping Rates & Tracking

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number via email so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LOVERSN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at loversnmarket@outlook.com. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
